How to advertise?

We offer different ways to have your property advertised with us:

· regular property listings

· featured property

· banner advertisement

· agent directory

Regular Property Listings can be purchased during the posting process (Single Posting) or prior to posting (Multiple Property Subscription). When you select Single Posting, you can post your property first and pay later. The listing becomes active only when payment has been received and the listing expires 6 months later. When you select Multiple Property Subscription then you first choose to post certain number of properties for 1 year. Example: Multiple Property Posting: 10 listings for 1 year. You are allowed to have 10 properties posted at the same time for the duration of 1 year. When the subscription terminates, then all properties will expire also. The agent is allowed to deactivate and activate listings during the subscription period as long as the number of active properties does not exceed the number of sold properties.

Featured Property advertisement is the best way to get full attention of your real estate on our site. Potential customers can see the listing immediately without having to search. The featured property advertisement is available for home page and other pages such as Commercial, Residential, Land, Bedspace/Rooms, Resorts. The number of featured property is limited and managed by a scheduling system. During the ordering process you will see what slots are available or you could also contact us.

Banner Advertisement is offered in two formats : Small and Large. The banner ad allows you to put an image of your company with link to your company website. Banner ad space is limited and managed by a schedule. Please check for availability on ordering page or contact us for more information.

The agent directory is a directory listing of all agents with their business contact and a link to their posted properties. You can purchase this service separately.

How to pay the advertisement?

You can pay either by bank deposit/transfer or by cheque. Payment instruction will be visible on the invoice you will receive once order is completed. Please use the Invoice ID when paying.

How come Property Locator can change the start, end, and expiration date of Subscription ordered?

When payment has been received then our admin staff will check the subscription. The subscription will be activated and if the start date was earlier then the payment date then the start date and end date will be adjusted so that you can fully benefit from the period of your subscription.
